摘    要:目的:了解煤烟污染对包头市区居民健康的影响。方法:通过大气面点监测获取包头市区各居民区、混合区及对照区大气中TSP、SO2、NOx和CO的年日平均值,采用环境流行病学方法调查居民慢性结膜炎、慢性鼻炎、慢性咽炎、慢性阻塞性肺病和心脏病的患病资料和影响因素,采用SAS统计软件包进行了非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:TSP是慢性结膜炎、慢性咽炎、慢性阻塞性肺病和心脏病的重要贡献因子;SO2被选为慢

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of air pollution by soot on residents health in Baotou.Method:The daily average values for one year of TSP,SO2,NOx and CO in residential area ,the mixed area of residence and industry and the control area were obtained by air monitoring.The material of chronic conjuntivitis,chronic rhinitis,chronic pharyngitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart disease of residents in every area and the factors that disturb the prevalene of these chronic diseases were gathered by epidemiolgical investigation.These materials were analysed by nonconditional logistic regression with SAS statistical software.Results:TSP was the key factor affectiong the prevalence of chronic conjunctivitis,chronic pharyngitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart disease.SO2 was the second factor affecting the chronic pharyngitis and chronic obstructive pulnonary disease and the third factor affecting the chronic conjunctivitis.Besides the third factor affecting the heart disease,CO was the first factor affecting chronic conjunctivitis,chronic rhinitis and the third factor afecting chronic pharyngitis and the eighth factor affecting chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.NOx was the fourth factor affecting chronic pharyngitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Conclusion:Atmospheric pollution may induce and accelerate the abovementioned chronic disease in Baotou.
