循证护理在先天性动脉导管未闭封堵术中的应用分析

摘    要:目的探讨循证护理在先天性动脉导管未闭封堵术中的应用价值。方法选取本院从2010年1月至2012年11月收治的先天性动脉导管未闭患儿55例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患儿实施术后传统常规护理,实验组患儿术后介入循证护理模式,观察两组患儿术后并发症发生情况、患者满意度等指标。结果实验组术后并发症发生率(14.3%)显著低于对照组(33.3%),差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患儿及其家属满意度(96.4%)高于对照组(63%),差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对先天性动脉导管未闭封堵术患儿采用循证护理模式,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患儿及其家属满意度。

Abstract:Objective Explore evidence-based care in congenital patent ductus arteriosus closure occlusion value.Method Select the hospital in January 2010 to November 2012 were congenital patent ductus arteriosus in patients with 110 cases of the study were randomly divided into control and experimental groups and control group for patients with postoperative conventional care.The experimental group patients using evidence-based care model for care,patients were observed incidence of postoperative complications,patient satisfaction and other indicators.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group;experimental group were satisfied with degrees higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically different(P0.05).Conclusion Congenital patent ductus arteriosus closure in patients with evidence-based care model for post-operative care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction.
