后内角松解在膝关节屈曲内翻畸形行全膝关节置换术中的应用

目的 观察后内角松解在膝关节屈曲内翻畸形行全膝关节置换中应用的效果.方法 选择2006年1月-2011年1月获得完整资料的膝关节屈曲内翻畸形184例217膝,行全膝关节置换术,术后1年观察畸形矫正情况及HSS评分.结果 184例获随访平均37个月,膝关节屈曲角度、膝外翻角度、HSS评分与术前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,无后内侧结构功能不稳.结论 在膝关节屈曲内翻畸形全膝关节置换术中行膝关节后内角松解,膝关节畸形矫正满意,功能恢复好.

Posteromedial Corner Release in Total Knee Arthroplasty for Patients with Knee of Flexion Contracture and Varus Deformity

Objective To observe the effect of posteromedial corner release in total knee arthroplasty for patients with flexion contracture and varus deformity. Methods Complete data of 184 patients （217 knees） with flexion contracture and varus deformity during January 2006 and January 2011 were treated with total knee arthroplasty, and deformity correction and HSS scores were observed 1 year after operation. Results The 184 patients were followed up, and the average time was 37 months. The flexion angle, valgus angle and HSS scores after operation were significantly different compared with those before operation （P 〈 0. 01 ）. No posteromedial instability occured in the patients. Conclusion Posteromedial corner release in total knee arthroplasty may be beneficial for flexion contracture and deformity correction with better functional rehabilitation.
