壳聚糖用于拔牙后止血的临床研究

目的 探讨将壳聚糖应用于拔牙后止血的治疗效果.方法 选取我院2010年10月～2012年10月间行下颌近中阻生齿拔除术的100例患者,采用随机区组设计将病例分为观察组和对照组.治疗组在拔除阻生智齿后按常规处理牙创,并将0.1g壳聚糖置于牙创处,之后采用棉球压迫止血；对照组仅采用棉球压迫止血.观察拔牙术后出血情况.结果 观察组出血比例显著低于对照组,两者差别具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 应用壳聚糖可有效预防和治疗拔牙后出血.

Chitosan is Used to Stop Bleeding after Tooth Extraction Clinical Research

Objective To evaluate the utility of prevent bleeding with chitosan in the assessment of tooth extraction.Methods Select patients in my hospital from October 2010 to October 2012,and divided them into observation group and control group by randomized block design.For treatment group,after the removal of impacted wisdom teeth,and 0.1 g chitosan was placed in the wound,then using a cotton ball to stop bleeding;control group using only cotton balls to stop bleeding.Observe bleeding situation after tooth extraction.Results The proportion of bleeding after the surgery in observation group was significantly lower than control group,and the difference is statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Application of chitosan is effective in preventing and treating bleeding after tooth extraction
