黛力新致严重肝功能损害1例

目的报道抗精神病药物黛力新引起严重肝损害的不良反应。方法对我院黛力新引起的1例严重肝损害进行分析、总结，提出抗精神病药黛力新合理使用的建议。结果与结论应加强对长期服用黛力新引起严重肝损害的重视，临床使用应密切观察患者症状与体征，监测肝功能，维护患者用药安全。

Severe Liver Function Damage Caused by Deanxit in 1 case

Objective To report an adverse reaction of severe liver damage caused by antipsyehotie Deanxit. Methods One case of severe liver damage caused by Deanxit in our hospital was analyzed and summarized, suggestions were put forward on rational use of antipsychotic Deanxit. Results anti Conclusion The attention should be strengthened on severe liver damage caused by the long-term use of Deanxit, the symptoms and signs of patients should be closely observed with the clinical medication, and the liver function should be monitored so as to maintain safe administration.
