| 摘 要： | 目的了解儿童药物不良反应发生情况，分析其产生原因及影响因素，为提高儿童用药安全性提供建议。方法对南京市某儿童医院收集的126例儿童用药不良反应案例进行描述性统计与分析。结果儿童用药不良反应的发生与临床用药不合理、儿童专用药品缺乏存在较大相关性。结论应规范儿童临床药物的使用，增加儿童专用药品供应，儿童药物不良反应监测。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions （ADR） in children, explore the causes and contributory factors, and provide suggestions on the safety of clinical drug administration to children. Methods A total of 126 ADR reports collected during July, 2011 to May, 2012 in the Children＇s Hospital were analyzed statistically. Results The high ADR occurrence was related to unreasonable use of drug and lack of specific drugs for children. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the management of rational use of drug, more drugs for children should be supplied, and monitoring on children adverse drug reaction should be strengthened. |
