摘    要:
目的建立大黄多糖超声提取的优良工艺流程。方法采用超声提取工艺提取大黄多糖,以多糖得率为指标,以提取时间、液料比、提取温度及提取次数为参数,采用响应面设计方法对上述参数进行优化。结果采用超声提取大黄多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取时间140 min、提取温度100℃、液料比3∶1和提取次数3次。在此优化条件下最大提取率为7.40%。结论采用响应面法能够优化大黄多糖的超声提取工艺,提高得率。

Abstract:
Objective To establish superordinary technology of extraction process optimization of rhubarb, polysaccharide. Methods To extract rhubarb polysaccharide with ultrasonic extraction, yield of polysaccharide were taken as indicatrix, time, frequency,liquid ratio and temperature were selected as parameter, and above parameter were optimized with response surface ways. Results Superordinary technology condition was that time was 140 min, temperature was 100℃, liquid ratio was 3:1 and frequency was 3 in extraction rhubarb polysaccharide with ultrasonic extraction, yield of rhubarb polysaccha- ride was 7.40%. Conclusion Response surface ways could optimize extraction process of rhubarb polysaccharide and im- prove yield of polysaccharide.
