腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术的临床效果比较

目的对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术的临床效果进行对比研究。方法选择2008年1月～2010年1月施行的60例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为观察组,另选择同期60例行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为对照组,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、并发症和复发率情况。结果与传统开腹手术比较,腹腔镜组手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后住院时间短、复发率低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术手术效果好、创伤小、术后住院时间短,手术效果优于传统开腹手术,值得推广和应用。

Comparison of clinical effects of laparoscopic myomectomy surgery and laparotomy

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy surgery and laparotomy. Methods From January 2008 to January 2010, 60 cases of laparoscopic uterine fibroids removed in patients as observation group, at the same time, 60 cases abdominal myomectomy surgery patients as the control group, the operative time, blood loss, postoper ative hospital stay, complications, recurrence rate were compared. Results Compared with traditional open surgery, laparo scopic group had shorter operative time, less blood loss, shorter postoperative hospital stay and lower recurrence rate （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy surgery has good effect, less trauma, shorter postoperative hospital stay, is better than traditional open surgery, worthy of promotion and application.
