| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病机制尚未完全阐明,近年来研究表明天然免疫在其发病中起一定作用,肝脏天然免疫细胞主要为NKT细胞、枯否细胞、NK细胞。肝脏天然免疫通过调节细胞因子产生及炎症信号传递参与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病程发展,在非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | The pathogenic mechanisms of NAFLD is still unclear, in which innate immunity play a certain role in its onset from receht study. The innate immunity cells in liver mainly include natural killer T cells, kupffer cells, natural killer cells. The innate immunity system takes part in the proceeding of NAFLD by regulating the genesis of cytokines and inflammatory signal transduetion and plays an important role in its development. |
