| Abstract: | Technique of transplantation of retinal pigment epithelium has been noticeable in recent years and gradually put into clinical practice in treating retinal degenerative diseases.Here we reviewed the latest progress on transplantation of retinal pigment epithelium including choices of donors,demands for hosts,transconduct of target genes and its clinical practice. |
