摘    要:为了全面、真实地反映医院干部的职责履行情况,我院制定出中层干部量化考核指标。通过客观、规范的考核,营造良性竞争环境,提高了干部的工作效率和执行力。

Abstract:To reflect the performance of responsibility of middle-level cadres,our hospital established a series of indicators for quantitative evaluation.Through impersonal and normative evaluation,a good competition surroundings has been built,an energetic and struggling cadre team has been constituted.The work efficiency and administration executive power of cadres have been improved greatly.
