| Abstract: | To reflect the performance of responsibility of middle-level cadres,our hospital established a series of indicators for quantitative evaluation.Through impersonal and normative evaluation,a good competition surroundings has been built,an energetic and struggling cadre team has been constituted.The work efficiency and administration executive power of cadres have been improved greatly. |
