| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对社区精神障碍患者实施个案管理的方法与效果。方法将90例精神障碍患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组由社区医生、护士和社工进行常规随访和指导，观察组由个案管理小组进行综合评估、建立档案，按照实施计划单进行综合干预。结果实施个案管理改善了社区精神障碍患者的社会功能，提高了患者的生活质量（P〈O．01）。结论对社区精神障碍患者实施个案管理可改善患者的社会功能，提高其生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effects of case management among mental disorder patients in the community. Methods A total of 90 mental disorder patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The routine follow - up and guidance were conducted by community physicians, nurses and social workers for the control group. The comprehensive assessment and the establishment of archives were taken for the experi- mental group by the case management groups. Results After the implementation of case management, the social function and the quality of life of community mental disorder patients were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of case management can improve social function of community mental dis- order patients,and improve the patients＇quality of life. |
