| 摘 要： | 目的观察神经生长因子联合组合式外固定架治疗肱骨不愈合效果。方法对我市两所医院60例四肢陈旧骨折不愈合患者二期治疗采用用组合式外固定架联合神经生长因子疗效观察。根据骨折类型、治疗方法、相同或相识的原则设立对照组,对骨痂生长情况、骨折临床愈合时间进行对比研究。结果两组病例均获随访,两组骨痂出现时间,治疗组骨折临床愈合时间较对照组缩短,疗效优于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论神经生长因子联合组合式外固定架在治疗骨不愈合方面效果优良。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of external fixation with nerve growth factor （NGF） in fracture nonunion therapeutics. Methods 60 cases of fracture nonunion were treated by external fixation with NGF in our hospital. The results of fracture healing time were compared between the control group and the treating group. Results All of 60 cases were followed-up from 3 months to 20 months. The NGF group excelled significantly the control group in aspects of quantity of callus after three weeks. Fracture healing time were managed by statistical analysis, P〈0.01, there were significant difference between the control group and the treating group. Conclusion Fracture healing can be recommend by external fixation with nerve growth factor（NGF）. |
