| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药益气化浊胶囊对自发性2型糖尿病KKAy小鼠血清三酰甘油和胆固醇的影响。方法以发病周龄的KKAy小鼠为研究对象,加高脂饲料制备2型糖尿病模型,经灌胃10周后,血糖仪试纸法测空腹血糖(FBG),使用酶法测血清三酰甘油(TG)和胆固醇(TC)的含量。结果益气化浊胶囊高剂量组能很好地降低血清三酰甘油的水平(P<0.01),高剂量与吡格列酮组疗效相当,低剂量效果不明显;益气化浊胶囊高、低剂量组与吡格列酮组,对血清总胆固醇无明显降低作用。结论益气化浊胶囊可降低KKAy小鼠血清三酰甘油水平,有助于降低血糖。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect ofYiqi Huazhuo capsule on serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels of Type 2 diabetes KKAy mouse. Methods After diabetic KKAy mice were treaed with Yiqi Huazhuo capsule for 10 weeks, FBG was determined by glucose test-paper, TG and TC in serum were determined by enzymatic test. Results Yiqi Huazhuo capsule high dosage could very well reduce serum triglyceride levels （P〈0.01）, the effect of high- dosage and pioglitazone dosage were considered consistent, low-dosage effect is not obvious; Yiqi Huazhuo capsule high and low dosage and pioglitazone, on serum total cholesterol no significant effect. Conclusion Yiqi Huazhuo capsule can reduce KKAy mice serum triglyceride leels, conduce to reduce blood glucose. |
