| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自动活检枪在CT引导经皮肺穿刺中的定性诊断。方法选取2006年5月～2008年11月我院呼吸一科收治的,经其他检查未能定性的肺部病变62例,所有患者均进行CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检。结果62例穿刺均获成功,穿刺前CT诊断与穿刺后组织细胞学诊断符合者50例。结论自动活检枪在CT引导下肺穿刺中的定性是比较安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the automated biopsy gun in the CT-guided percutaneous lung diagnosis.Methods Sixty-two cases of unconfirmed pathological lung were selected between May 2006 and November 2008 in the first department of respiratory diseases of our hospital.All patients were carried out CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Results 62 cases were successful puncture,50 cases were matching with the CT diagnosis before the puncture and the pancreatic mass organizations diagnosis after the puncture.Conclusi... |
