乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后失眠疗效观察

目的探讨乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后失眠的疗效,以及对血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法选取北京市大兴区人民医院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的脑卒中后失眠患者104例,根据乱数表法分为对照组和研究组,各52例。对照组患者给予右佐匹克隆治疗,研究组患者加用乌灵胶囊治疗。两组均治疗2个月。结果治疗2个月后,研究组的临床总有效率为88.46%,显著高于对照组的71.15%(P <0.05);两组患者睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、白天功能障碍、催眠药物、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠潜伏期7个因子评分均显著降低,且研究组更低(P <0.05);两组患者的血清5-HT和BDNF水平均显著升高,且研究组更高(P <0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(15.38%比11.54%,P> 0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后失眠疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状,升高血清5-HT和BDNF水平,且安全性较好。

Efficacy of Wuling Capsules Combined with Eszopiclone in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Insomnia

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Wuling Capsules combined with eszopiclone in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia and its effect on the levels of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF).Methods Totally104 patients with post-stroke insomnia admitted to Beijing Daxing District People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with eszopiclone,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Wuling Capsules.Both groups were treated for two months.Results After two months of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 88.46%,which was significantly higher than 71.15%of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of sleep quality,sleep disturbares,daytime dysfunction,use of sleeping medications,sleep duration,habitnal sleep efficiency,sleep latency in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum 5-HT and BDNF in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was similar to that in the control group(15.38%vs.11.54%,P>0.05).Conclusion Wuling Capsules combined with eszopiclone is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with post-stroke insomnia,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the levels of serum 5-HT and BDNF of patients.
