视觉诱发电位评价出生窒息婴儿视觉功能

摘    要:目的采用闪光视觉诱发电位的检查方法评价出生窒息对患儿视觉功能的影响。方法出生3月龄和6月龄的婴儿共65例,行闪光视觉诱发电位(F—VEP)的检查。分为正常婴儿组和窒息婴儿组,对两组3月龄和6月龄的检查结果统计分析。结果3月龄窒息婴儿和正常婴儿比较,F-VEP的P2波潜伏时差异有统计学,P〈0.005。6月龄时,两组振幅差异有统计学意义,P〈0.005。NBNA评分恢复正常越迟,F-VEP的P2波的潜伏时越长,振幅越低。结论出生窒息婴儿的视觉传导存在明显异常,并且与窒息程度相关。

The study on visual function of infants with HIE by visual electrophysiology.

Abstract:Objective To determine the characteristics of visual development of infants with HIE using vi- sual electrophysiology. Methods The flash visual evoked potential (F-VEP) were performed in 65 infants. The F-VEP results of healthy and HIE infants at 3 months and 6 months were analyzed. Results At 3 months, P2 wave latencies were significant different between healthy and HIE infants group, P 〈 0.005. At 6 months, P2 wave amplitudes were significant different between healthy and HIE infants group, P 〈 0.005. If the NBNA grade recover later, P2 wave lateneies were markedly longer and amplitudes smaller. Conclusions Infants with HIE has obvious visual conduction abnormalities and associated with the degree of HIE.
