儿科护士工作压力及应对方式研究

摘    要:目的调查儿科护士工作的主要压力,以采取合理的应对方式帮助护士减轻和消除压力,增进护士的身心健康,提高护理质量。方法采用问卷调查法,对我院儿科40名护士进行工作压力方面的调查。结果在调查的40名护士中,总体压力平均分为2.855分,属于压力程度较高的水平,其中家属对患儿溺爱、过度维权总得分最高(144分),其他依次为医疗护理意外带来的压力(136分),高要求专科技能带来的工作压力(133分),工作环境差、待遇低(98分),患儿不合作、加重工作负担(92分),人际冲突带来的压力(82分);压力程度非常高的项目依次为家长对患儿溺爱、过度维权(占65%),医疗护理意外(占55%),高要求专科技能带来的工作压力(占32%)。结论通过提高护士的适应能力,加强护患沟通,促进护理管理者干预,提高护士自身素质,可以减轻护士的工作压力,提高心理文化素养及护理质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the principal working pressure of pediatric nurses to take some reasonable coping styles to help reduce and eliminate it,thereby enhance the physical and mental health of pediatric nurses and the quality of care.Methods We used questionnaire to survey 40 pediatric nurses in pediatrics department of our hospital.Results For the 40 nurses,the overall pressure point on average was 2.855,which was in a higher level.The main source of stress were from family members of sick children (144 points,65%),accident in medical care (136 points,55%) and high demand in specialist skills (133 points,32%),followed by poor working condition and low pay (98 points),uncooperative children (92 points) and interpersonal conflict (82 points).Conclusion We should improve the adaptability and quality of nurses,strengthen communication between patients and nurses and promote intervention from supervisors to reduce working pressure of nurses and improve their mental attainment and quality of care.
