UF-50型全自动尿沉渣仪检验管形的影响因素

目的探讨门诊患者随机尿液中上皮细胞、粘液丝、无机盐结晶,对UF—50型全自动沉渣分析仪测定尿管型结果的影响。方法用显微镜检查上皮细胞、粘液丝、无机盐结晶将各种管型的尿液和正常尿液UF—50型全自动沉渣分析仪测定结果进行比较分析。结果正常尿液,管型尿液标本,UF—50型全自动沉渣仪测定结果与镜检相符,有一部分上皮细胞、粘液丝、无机盐结晶易被误认为管型。结论尿液中的上皮细胞、粘液丝、无机盐结晶对UF—50型全自动沉渣仪对管型检测结果有一定的影响。因此在进行尿沉渣分析时,当分析结果提示管型,尤其是病理管型时必须将尿液离心镜检后方可发出报告。

UF-50 automatic urine test tube-shaped instrument influencing factors

So in urine analysis, analysis of the results suggest that, particularly when pathological type of centrifugal urine examination must be issued only after the report.
