PACS系统在医学影像专业实习教学的优势与思考

随着PACS的临床应用的飞速发展，PACS系统在医学影像学的实习教学中也体现出巨大的优势：PACS系统能够帮助实习生能够迅速进入实习状态，有助于影像专业知识的学习效率，有助于医学生提高计算机应用知识与能力，减轻带教老师的负担。利用PACS系统进行实习教学的需要注意的问题包括：在PACS系统为实习生设定适当的权限；注意临床实践操作与基本理论相结合；提倡“影像、临床和病理三结合模式”的学习方法；培养良好的医学影像诊断工作习惯；实习带教老师要注意教学方法的改革。

Advantage and thought on use of PACS in professional practice teaching in medical imaging

PACS has been used in the clinical work and developed rapidly in the recent years. It also has the great predominance in the medical teaching. PACS helps the medical students adapt the clinical practice quickly. It is useful to improving the learning efficiency,and can help the students to learn more knowledge of computer and improve their relevant ability. PACS helps the teachers to reduce the burden of their work. However, there are some problems, to which attention should be paid in medical teaching. Interns should be given proper limits of right in the use of PACS; clinical practice should be combined with the basic theory;it should be emphasized that in the teaching patterns combination of medical imaging,clinic and pathology should be resorted to; correct habits in the medical imaging diagnostic work should be cultivated;and the teaching reform should be noticed.
