| 摘 要： | 目的:观察比较MEBO与MEBO油纱包扎疗法治疗轻中度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:将采用MEBO暴露疗法与MEB()油纱包扎疗法治愈的1600个轻中度烧伤创面分为两组,比较两组的临床疗效并进行统计学分析。结果:经两组临床疗效观察结果分析,MEBO油纱包扎组治疗浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度创面愈合时间较MEBO暴露组短,效果较MEBO暴露组好,劳动强度较MEBO组小。结论:MEBO油纱包扎疗法治疗轻中度烧伤创面的疗效优于湿润暴露疗法。它便于护理,工作量小,值得基层医院推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBO exposed therapy and MEBO gauze bandaging therapy in treating slight and moderate burn wound of different depth. Method: 1600 slight and moderate burn wounds were divided into 2 groups. Wounds in one group were treated with MEBO in exposed way and those in the other group treated with MEBO gauze bandaging therapy. The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Result: MEBO gauze bandaging therapy is superior to MEBO exposed therapy. The wounds healed more quickly and the load of the medical care was reduced. Conclusion: MEBO gauze bandaging therapy is worthy to be popularized in grass - root hospitals. |
