覆膜支架治疗食管癌放疗后瘘道的临床价值

目的探讨食管覆膜支架治疗食管癌放疗后并发瘘道的应用价值。方法对106例食管癌放疗后并发瘘道的患者给予食管覆膜支架治疗,术后进行临床及影像学随访。结果106例患者均一次置入成功,成功率100%;瘘道完全堵塞101例,占95%;18mm内径支架与16、20mm支架在引起并发症方面存在差异（P〉0.05）。87例肺部炎症患者术后完全吸收好转67例,占77%。结论食管覆膜支架置入是食管癌放疗后并发瘘道形成患者的主要治疗方法。

Clinical value of Esophageal stents to treat the esophageal cancer with fistula after radiotherapy

Objective To explore the application value of esophageal stents to treat the esophageal cancer with fistula after radiotherapy treatment.Methods 106 cases of esophageal cancer with postradiotherapy fistula underwent esophageal stent treatment.After treatment clinical and imaging follow-up was done.Results Stents were successfully placed in 106 cases,and the success rate was 100%.Fistula was completely blocked in 101 cases,accounting for 95%.There were significant difference in complications between 18mm and 16,20 mm stents（P〈0.05）.Lung inflammation were improved after treatment in 67 cases.Conclusion Esophageal stenting is the main way of postradiotherapy fistula.in patients with esophageal cancer.
