台州地区体检人群乙型肝炎血清标志物结果分析

目的:了解台州地区健康体检人群乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的变迁,以及实施计划免疫后对HBV感染率变化的影响。方法:对2003年-2009年HBsAg与HBsAb两项乙型肝炎病毒标志物结果进行回顾性分析。结果:2003年-2009年人群HBsAg阳性率逐步下降,HBsAb阳性率有升高趋势。男性HBsAg阳性率显著高于女性(χ2=372.8,P<0.05),HBsAb阳性率差别无统计学意义(χ2=0.017,P<0.05)。HBsAg阳性主要分布于31岁～50岁青壮年中。实施乙肝疫苗计划免疫后,18岁以下人群HBsAg阳性率下降显著,HB-sAb阳性率变化不明显。结论:自2003年-2009年,台州地区乙肝防治效果明显,儿童乙肝疫苗计划免疫对预防儿童感染HBV病毒效果显著,要继续加强实施。

Analysis of HBV serum makers results in health-examination population in Taizhou

Objective:To investigate the change of Hepatitis B virus infection in Taizhou,and assess the HBV infection rate after the immunization program implementation.Methods: The detection results of HBsAg and HbsAb from 2003 to 2009 were analyzed by retrospective study.Results: From 2003 to 2009,the positive rate of HbsAg showed a downtrend,while that of HBsAb increased in seven investigated years.The positive rate of HBsAg in male was higher than that in female(χ2=372.8,P<0.05),while HbsAb showed no significant difference(χ2=0.017,P<0.05).Most positive HBsAg were found in young and middle-age men between 31~50.It also showed that the positive rate of HBsAg significantly dropped and HbsAb showed no difference in people below 18.Conclusion: From 2003 to 2009,the preventive work of HBV had an obvious effect in Taizhou,HBV vaccination for children is very significant in preventing them from infection,which should be strenghthen.
