小剂量阿斯匹林对冠心病患者免疫功能的影响

本文通过对51例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者和33例健康人免疫功能的研究，表明冠心病患者T淋巴细胞亚群百分率明显低于正常对照组（P＜0.05－0.01），和免疫球蛋白IgG含量明星升高（P＜0．05），IgA、IgM含量与正常对照组相比，无显著性差异（P＞0．05）．单独使用小剂量阿斯匹林4个月后，各项免疫指标与正常对照相比，无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。提示小剂量阿斯匹林可调节冠心病患者的免疫功能．

The Effects or Low-Dose Aspirin on Immunologic Function in Ischemic Heart Disease

T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin in 48 patients with ischemic heart disease and 31 normal individuals were analysed. and cells level in patient group were significantly reduced (P< 0.01),and 8 ratio and IgG contents were significantly increased (P<0.05) in comparison with the normal control group.After patiants had been treated with low dosage of aspirin for four months,cell level were significantly increased (P <0.05 -0.01), and ratio, IgG contents significantly decreased (P<0.05). cell,ratio, and IgG, IgA, IgM contens were no significant difference between the patients after receiving aspirin and the normal control group. The results showed that low dosage of aspirin could regulate immunologic abnormality of patients with ischemic heart disease.
