综合护理干预对胃癌切除术后化疗患者生活质量及抑郁情绪的影响

目的:探讨有针对性的综合护理干预对胃癌切除术后化疗患者生活质量及抑郁情绪的影响。方法:将130例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各65例,对照组给予传统常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予有针对性的综合护理干预,比较干预前后2组患者抑郁程度和生活质量的变化情况。结果:护理干预后,抑郁程度观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。角色功能、疼痛、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能和疲乏评分干预前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义;干预后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:有针对性的综合护理干预措施能明显缓解胃癌切除术后化疗患者的抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Depression of the Chemotherapy Patients after the Operation for Gastric Carcinoma

Objective: To explore the influence of targeted comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and depression of chemotherapy patients after the operation for gastric carcinoma. Methods: All 130 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 65 cases each group, the control group adopted traditional nursing, and the observation group accepted targeted comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine care, the changes of quality of life and depression of both groups were compared before and after the inter-vention. Results: After the intervention, the observation group was lower than the control group in depression degrees, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). When role function, pain, emotional function, social func-tion, cognitive function and fatigue scales before intervention were compared with these after the intervention within both groups, the difference had statistical meaning; the difference indicated statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted comprehensive nursing intervention could relieve depression of chemotherapy patients after the operation for gastric carcinoma, raise quality of life.
