穴位按摩治疗混合痔腰硬联合麻醉木后尿潴留40例

目的:观察穴位按摩治疗混合痔腰硬联合麻醉术后尿潴留的临床疗效.方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例,对照组术后给予康复训练,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予穴位按摩治疗,比较2组干预后尿动力学结果、干预前后泌尿症状困扰积分及临床疗效.结果:最大尿流量、膀胱顺应性、最大逼尿肌压力、最大尿道压力等指标2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).愈显率观察组为80.0％,对照组为37.5％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:穴位按摩治疗混合痔腰硬联合麻醉术后尿潴留,能显著改善患者尿流动力学指标及临床症状,提高临床治疗效果.

Acupoint Massage in Treating 40 Cases of Urinary Retention after Spinal-epidural Anesthesia for Mixed Hemorrhoid

Objective:To observe clinical effects of acupoint massage in treating urinary retention after spinal-epidural anesthesia for mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 eases each group,the control group accepted rehabilitation training after the operation,and the observation group were treated with acupoint massage on the foundation of the control group,clinical effects,urinary symptoms disturbance integral before and after the intervention and urodynamic results after the intervention were compared between both groups.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the maximum urinary flow,bladder compliance,maximum detrusor pressure,maximum urethral pressure and others between both groups (P＜ 0.05).The recovery rate of the observation group was 80.0％,higher than 37.5 ％ of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage in treating the patients with postoperative urinary retention after spinal-epidural anesthesia for mixed hemorrhoid could notably improve urine flow dynamics index and clinical symptoms,and raise therapeutic effects.
