中西医结合康复疗法对膝前交叉韧带保残重建术后本体感觉恢复的影响

目的:观察中西医结合康复疗法对膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)保残重建术后本体感觉恢复的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,对照组给予普通康复训练方,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中医综合疗法。术后3、6、12个月时测定2组患者膝关节本体感觉。结果:Lysholm评分治疗3个月后,2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。屈膝情况术后3个月时2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);术后6个月、12个月时2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:普通康复方法与中医康复治疗相结合的模式对于ACL保残重建术后膝关节本体感觉的恢复有明显的促进作用。

The Influence of Integrative Medicine Rehabilitation Therapy on Proprioceptive Sense Recovery of the Patients after the Surgery of Knee Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Objective: To discuss the effects of integrative medicine rehabilitation therapy in the recovery of proprioceptive sense of the patients after knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Methods: Sixty pa-tients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group, the control group received common rehabilitation training method, and the observation group accepted TCM general therapy on the basis of the treatment the control group received. Proprioceptive senses of knee joints of the patients in both groups were detected in three months, six months and twelve months after the operation. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of Lysholm scales in three months after treating within two groups (P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups(P<0.05). The difference had no statis-tical meaning in the comparisons of bending knees in three months after the operation between both groups (P>0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups in six months and twelve months after the operation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mode of common rehabilitation method and TCM rehabilitation therapy could promote the recovery of proprioceptive sense of the patients after the surgery of ACL reconstruction obviously.
