Exploration into Standardized Training Model of Residents in a Grade-three Hospital

Current state of residents training in a grade-three hospital and the problems existed in the course of implementation were reviewed, and the corresponding countermeasures were raised;in order to improve the over-all quality of medical team and medical quality of the hospital, standardized training process of residents were pro-moted, residents standardized training was targeted, appropriate training mode was established and the abilities in-cluding professional quality, theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and scientific research of the residents in primary grade-three hospital were raised.
