某西医专科医院中医护理操作技术的应用现状调查

目的:分析中医护理操作技术的应用现状。方法:采用调查问卷方式从护理人员中医护理操作技术掌握情况、护理人员对护理操作实施的看法及对中医护理技术应用前景的认识等方面就中医护理操作技术的应用现状进行调查。结果:中医护理操作技术项目开展最多的是中药保留灌肠法、艾灸法、耳穴埋豆法等,分别占15.9%、14.3%和13.5%;护理人员掌握中医护理操作技术的情况一般,其中艾灸法、拔罐法、中药保留灌肠法分别占95.3%、93.0%和88.4%;中医护理操作技术的实施过程中存在的问题为欠缺专业人才、护理基础理论掌握不够、人力欠缺、护理操作无医嘱4个方面,分别占80.2%、52.3%、43.0%和40.7%;中医特色护理健康教育的开展现状:饮食方面占94.2%,环境方面占58.1%;护理人员对中医护理操作技术发展前景的看法主要集中在增加临床护理人数、规范护理操作技术、完善护理操作基础条件3个方面,分别占90.7%、86.0%和81.4%。结论:专业人才欠缺、护理基础理论掌握不够、人力欠缺是中医护理操作技术临床应用中的主要问题,当前急需一批专业技术水平较高的中医护理人才,同时需规范护理操作技术、完善护理操作基础条件,以促使中医护理操作技术的推广和应用。

The Investigation of Application Status of TCM Nursing Operation Skills in a Special Hospital of Western Medicine

Objective:To analyze the application status of TCM nursing operation skills.Methods:Questionnaire was used to investigate the application status of TCM nursing operation skills from parts of the situation of TCM nursing operation skills that the nursing staff grasped,the nursing staff's views on nursing operation and implementation and the understanding on the application prospect of TCM nursing skills.Results:The most popular projects of the TCM nursing operation skills were retention enema with Chinese medicine,moxa stick method and auricular bean method,which accounted for 15.9％,14.3％ and 13.5％ respectively;The condition of nurses who grasped TCM nursing operation skills were ordinary,and among which the moxa stick method,cupping,retention enema with Chinese medicine accounted for 95.3％,93％ and 88.4％ respectively;The nursing staff believed that the implementation problems of TCM nursing operation skills mainly focused on four parts,the lack of professional talents,lack of the basic theory of nursing,manpower shortage and nursing operation without medical advice,which accounted for 80.2％,52.3％,43.0％ and 40.7％ respectively;The status quo of TCM characteristic nursing health education:94.2％ in diet and 58.1％ in environment;The nursing staff'views on the prospects for the development of TCM nursing operation skills focused on three parts:increasing the number of nurses,regulating nursing operation skills and improving the basic conditions for nursing operation,which accounted for 90.7％,86.0％ and 81.4％ respectively.Conclusion:The main problems in the application of TCM nursing operation skills are the lack of professional talents,lack of the basic theory of nursing and manpower shortage.Currently,a group of TCM nurses with highly professional skills are need urgently.At the same time,it is necessary to standardize nursing operation skills and improve the basic conditions of nursing operations,so as to promote the popularization and application of TCM nursing operation skills.
