小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎50例

目的:观察小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:将100例患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为2组。对照组50例采用常规针灸治疗,1次/d,10天为1个疗程,疗程间休息2天,共治疗3个疗程。观察组采用小针刀治疗,每次治疗间隔7天,共治疗3次。2组均于治疗结束后1个月、3个月各随访1次。结果:观察组显效率为56.0%,总有效率100.00%;对照组显效率为38.0%,总有效率90.00%。显效率、总有效率2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。压痛、肿胀、晨僵、活动度、行走能力等症状、体征积分治疗前后组内比较,差异有经计学意义(P0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎创伤轻微,患者痛苦小,费用低廉,疗效显著。

Small Needle-knife in Treating 50 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe clinical effects of small needle-knife in the treatment for knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods:One hundred patients were randomized into two groups according to the visiting order.The control group accepted conventional acupuncture treatment,once each day,ten days were one course of the treatment,and the interval was two days,treated for three courses.The patients in the observation group were treated with small needle-knife,and the therapeutic interval was seven days,for three times.Both groups were followed up in one month and three months by the end of the treatment.Results:The effectual rate of the observation group was 56.0％,and total effective rate was 100.00％;while the effectual rote of the control group was 38.0％,and total effective rate was 90.00％,and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the effectual rate and total effective rate (P＜0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the symptoms and body sign scales such as tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness,activity,walking ability and others (P＜0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Small needle-knife in the treatment for KOA could obtain notable effects,and it is inexpensive with slight trauma and little pain.
