糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性和社会支持的调查

目的:了解糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性的现状,探讨提高治疗依从性和社会支持的有效途径。方法:选取107例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,调查患者的治疗依从性和社会支持水平。结果:糖尿病肾病患者的治疗依从性不佳,饮酒与肾病的确诊时间和治疗依从性成正相关(P0.05);社会支持水平接近于国内正常人群(P0.05),社会支持总分,主观支持分,客观支持分与年龄,婚姻状况,吸烟成负相关(P0.05),与文化程度和家庭收入成正相关(P0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病的治疗依从性不佳,主要与饮酒和肾病确诊时间相关;社会支持水平接近于国内正常人群,与年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭收入、吸烟相关。

Investigation on Treatment Compliance and Social Support of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To learn the present condition of treatment compliance of pateints with DN, and explore the effective ways for promoting treatment compliance and social support. Methods:107 patients with DN were se-lected as study object, questionnaire survey was adpoted, treatment compliance and social support of patients were investigated. Results: Treatment compliance of patients with DN was not good, drink ing and diagnostic time of nephropathy had positive correlation with treatment compliance(P<0.05);the level of social support was near to the level of domestic normal people (P>0.05), social support overall scores, subjective and objective support score had negative correlation with age, marital status and smoking (P<0.05), had positive correlation with education degree and family income(P<0.05). Conclusion:Treatment compliance of patients with DN is not good, it mainly has rela-tions with drinking and diagnostic time of nephropathy;the level of social support is near to the level of domestic normal people, and has relations with age, marital status, smoking, education degree and family income.
