糖尿病周围神经病变的中医护理干预研究

目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病变护理过程中使用中医护理干预的效果。方法:将糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上进行中医护理干预,比较2组患者血糖水平和糖尿病足神经筛查评分情况及护理满意率。结果:观察组患者血糖水平和糖尿病足神经筛查评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者护理满意率为95.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医护理干预能改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经功能,能提高降糖治疗效果。

Study on TCM Nursing Intervention for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To explore the effects of TCM nursing intervention in the courses of nursing for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:Eighty DPN patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases each group.The control group adopted routine care,and the observation group accepted TCM nursing intervention on the foundation of the care the control group accepted,nursing satisfaction rate,neurological screening scores of diabetic foot and the levels of blood glucose were compared between both groups.Results:The observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of blood glucose and neurological screening scores of diabetic foot,and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.0％,higher than 72.5％ of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention could improve neurological functions of DPN patients and promote therapeutic effects of lowering blood glucose.
