门诊开展艾滋病自愿检测者咨询和健康教育的设想

回顾统计了近1年半门诊部自愿艾滋病咨询和检测的就诊者的人数、年龄和就诊各专科门诊的分布和检测缘由，发现就诊者年龄跨度大、就诊门诊科室分布多，其就诊科室、检测缘由与艾滋病的传播途径密切相关。指出对门诊接触该类患者的护理人员应进行素质教育和艾滋病自愿咨询检测的规范化培训，探讨了门诊开展艾滋病咨询检测的步骤和原则，以及设计了针对不同就诊人群开展针对性健康教育的方式和内容。笔者认为护理人员要充分认识到咨询对艾滋病求询检测者的意义，在各专科门诊广泛开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测和健康教育对艾滋病的预防和控制具有重要的意义。

Consulting about detecting AIDS of volunteer in clinic and study on health education

The paper summarized retrospectively number and age of volunteer who were willing to be detected for AIDS, their distribution in different departments and reasons of being detected. The authors found that ages of patients covered large age span and there were many treating departments. Treating department and reasons of being detecting had something to do with transmitting ways of AIDS. The paper argued nurses exposed to those patients should have standardized training, explored the steps and principles of consulting and detecting, and designed the way and content of health education for different types of people. The authors believed that nursing personnel should understand the significance of consulting for those volunteers to be detected for AIDS and consulting in different specialized clinics has great significance to preventing and controlling of AIDS.
