外科手术部位感染的危险因素及干预措施

目的分析普外科手术部位感染的危险因素,采取有效的干预措施。方法回顾性调查与前瞻性监测普外科2009年1-12月手术患者2436例,以卫生部《医院感染诊断标准》为依据。结果 2436例普外科手术中发生手术部位感染82例,感染率为3.37%;患者个体状况、合并基础疾病、手术类型、手术时间、急诊手术、术前感染、不合理使用抗菌药物、无菌观念不强等均是普通外科手术部位感染的危险因素。结论通过手术室感染控制、严格无菌技术操作、缩短住院时间及手术时间、规范操作技术、彻底冲洗伤口、合理使用抗菌药物、加强医护人员手卫生及术后切口的观察,可有效降低普外科手术部位的感染。

Risk factors for general surgical site infections and their interventions

OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors for surgical site infections in general surgery,in order to take effective interventions.METHODS Totally 2436 cases of surgery were investigated retrospectively from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009.The diagnosis was based on the Diagnosis Standard of Hospital(Draft) Infection published by Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China.RESULTS Of 82 cases suffered from surgical incision infections,the infection rate was 3.37%;the individual condition,underlying diseases,operation category,operation duration,emergent surgery,preoperative infection,irrational use of antibacterials,and the lack of caution about aseptic conception were the risk factors for surgical site infections.CONCLUSION Through the control of the infections in operating room,strict aseptic operation,shortening the hospital stay and operation duration,standard operation technique,thoroughly flushing the wound,proper use of antibiotics,strengthening healthcare personnel hand hygiene and the observation of incision,we can effectively reduce the surgical site infections in general surgery department.
