护理干预对留置导尿患者并发尿路感染的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对留置导尿患者发生尿路感染的影响.方法 2010年5月-2011年4月住院行留置导尿患者152例,随机分为观察组及对照组各76例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上进行护理干预措施；观察两组患者留置导尿后3、5、7、14d尿路感染发生情况.结果 留置导尿后3、5、7、14 d观察组患者尿路感染发生率分别为0、17.9％、45.0％、62.5％,对照组分别为23.7％、51.6％、77.8％、92.9％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对留置导尿患者术后采取系统的护理干预措施,可以有效地降低尿路感染发生率,提高护理质量.

Impact of nursing intervention on patients with indwelling catheterization combined with urinary tract infections

OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on patients with indwelling catheterization combined with urinary tract infections.METHODS A total of 152 cases of hospitalized patients with indwelling catheterization combined with urinary tract infections from May 2010 to Apr 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group consisted of 76 cases;the control group was treated with conventional nursing measures,the observation group was performed for nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing;the incidence of urinary tract infections of the two groups in 3 days,5 days,7 days,and 14 days after indwelling catheterization were observed.RESULTS In the observation group,the incidence rates of the urinary tract infections in 3 days,5 days,7 days,and 14 days after indwelling catheterization were 0.0%,17.9%,45.0%,and 62.5%,respectively,which were 23.7%,51.6%,77.8%,and 92.9% in control group,respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION To perform the systematic nursing interventions to the patients undergoing indwelling catheterization can effectively reduce the urinary tract infections and improve the nursing quality.
