强化健康宣传教育在降低医院感染中的效果观察

目的 观察强化健康宣传教育在降低医院感染中的应用效果,以期为临床工作提供一定的指导信息.方法 选择医院2009年3月-2011年3月收治的306例住院患者遵照知情同意原则并按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组153例采用常规住院治疗及护理,观察组153例在对照组的基础上强化健康宣传教育,比较两组患者医院感染率.结果 观察组患者的医院感染率为2.6％,明显低于对照组的9.2％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.9028,P＜0.05).结论 临床工作中对住院患者强化健康宣传教育,能够明显降低医院感染的发生率,有利于患者的康复,保证患者的安全及健康.

Effect of strengthening health education in reducing nosocomial infections

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of strengthening health education in reducing nosocomial infections,so as to provide certain clinical guidance.METHODS A total of 306 inpatients treated in our hospital from Mar.2009 to Mar.2011 were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent and random number table.One hundred and fifty-three cases in the control group received conventional hospitalization treatment and care,and 153 cases in the observation group received enhanced health education on the basis of treatment and care in the control group.The nosocomial infection rates in the two groups of patients were compared.RESULTS The nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was 2.6%,which was significantly lower than the control group(9.2%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.9028,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Clinical application of strengthening health education for hospitalized patients can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and can ensure patient′s safety and health.
