外科围术期预防用抗菌药物的干预效果

目的 探讨干预前后外科围术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性与干预措施实施的效果.方法 抽取实施干预前(2009年7-12月)及干预后(2010年7-12月)外科手术出院病历共600份(每月50份),进行干预前后预防用抗菌药物合理性的对照研究.结果 干预后抗菌药物预防使用率显著下降,由干预前99.67％下降为干预后62.67％(P＜0.05);抗菌药物的合理使用率显著提高,由于预前8.66％上升为干预后51.00％ (P＜0.05);不合理使用抗菌药物的现象明显改善.结论 医院采取的干预措施有效、可行,可显著提高抗菌药物的合理使用率,从而达到提高医疗质量,降低资源浪费的目的.

Interventional effect of prophylactic antibiotics during perioperative period

OBJECTIVE To explore the rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period before and after intervention and the effects of clinical pharmacist intervention.METHODS A total of 600 discharge medical records of two patient groups were randomly selected and compared,including the pre-intervention group from Jul.to Dec.2009 and post-intervention group from Jul.to Dec.2010.RESULTS Control study was performed for rational use of prophylactic antibiotics before and after intervention.After intervention,prophylactic use of antibiotics significantly decreased from 99.67% to 62.67%,(P<0.05).There was a significant improvement on the rationality of antibiotic use(8.66% vs 51.00% P< 0.05).The phenomenon of the irrational antibiotic use was significantly improved.CONCLUSION The intervention measures are effective and practicable.This principle can contribute to the rational use of antibiotics,so as to improve the quality of medical treatment,and reduce the waste of resources.
