PASS系统结合行政干预促进医院合理用药

目的 监测分析医院临床用药医嘱中潜在的不合理用药情况,提升医院合理用药水平.方法 选取医院2010年5月-2011年5月医院病历用药医嘱,采取合理用药监测系统(PASS)结合行政干预,进行合理用药监测与管理.结果 经综合干预后,警示医嘱发生率降低,医嘱修改率显著提升,不合理用药发生率明显下降.结论 PASS有助于促进医院合理用药,结合行政和技术干预,更有效提高医院合理用药水平.

PASS system combining with administrative intervention in promoting rational use of antibiotics

OBJECTIVE To monitor and analyze the hidden irrationality in clinical application of antibiotics following medical order,so as to promote the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS The medical records of hospitalized patients following the medical order from May 2010 to May 2011 were selected,and the monitoring and management of rational use of antibiotics were performed by using PASS system combining administrative intervention.RESULTS After the comprehensive intervention,the incidence rate of warned medical orders were reduced,the rate of the correction of medical orders increased significantly,and the incidence of irrational use of drug decreased significantly.CONCLUSION The PASS is conducive to the rational use of drugs,however,to efficiently improve the level of rational use of antibiotics,both administrative inventions and technical interventions are indispensable.
