2008-2010年县级医院肠杆菌科细菌耐药性监测

目的 了解某县级医院临床分离的肠杆菌科细菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性.方法 采用法国生物梅里埃公司API系统进行菌株鉴定；采用K-B法进行药物敏感试验.结果 2008年1月-2010年12月医院临床共分离455株肠杆菌科细菌,以大肠埃希菌为主,224株占49.2％,其次为克雷伯菌属87株占19.1％；肠杆菌科细菌除对亚胺培南敏感率为100.0％外,对其他大多数抗菌药物表现为高度耐药；产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌属检出率分别为65.6％、54.0％.结论 某县级医院临床分离的肠杆菌科细菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率呈上升趋势,应加强监测与控制.

Surveillance of drug resistance of Enterobacteriaceaein county hospital from 2008 to 2010

OBJECTIVE To understand the drug resistance of commonly used antibiotics against clinical isolates of Enterobacteriaceae in county hospital.METHODS The API kits(Bio′merieux,France) were used to identify the strains.The susceptibility testing was performed by KB method.RESULTS A total of 455 Enterobacteriaceae strains were isolated from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010,including 224(49.2%) strains of Escherichia coli,and 87(19.1%) strains of Klebsiena pneumoniae;Except for 100.0% susceptibility to imipenem,the isolates showed high resistance to many other antimicrobial agents.The isolation rates of ESBLs-producing E.coli and Klebsiella were 65.6% and 54.0%,respectively.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of commonly used antibiotics against clinical isolates of Enterobacteriaceae shows an increasing tendency.We should strengthen themonitoring and controlling of them.
