腰大池置管引流对重度颅脑损伤患者预防颅内感染的作用

目的 探讨腰大池置管引流,对重度颅脑损伤患者预防颅内感染的作用.方法 选取2007年4月-2010年10月于医院住院治疗的重度颅脑损伤患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,予以腰大池置管引流法治疗,比较两组患者在治疗期间的颅内感染发生率.结果 经治疗,观察组患者32例无颅内感染发生,对照组32例有4例发生颅内感染,占12.5％,两组颅内感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腰大池置管引流,对重度颅脑损伤患者预防颅内感染作用明显,值得临床推广.

Effect of lumbar cistern drainage prevention of intracranial infections in patients with severe traumatic brain injury

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of lumbar cistern drainage in the prevention of intracranial infection for patients with severe traumatic brain injury,and to improve clinical efficacy.METHODS Sixty-four patients with severe head injury in our hospital from Apr 2007 to Oct 2010 were chosen.They were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly and equally.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given lumbar cistern drainage treatment with the conventional treatment.The intracranial infection rates of the two groups during the treatment were compared.RESULTS After treatment,32 cases in the observation group had no intracranial infection.Four cases out of 32 in control group had intracranial infections(12.5%).The infection rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of lumbar cistern drainage in preventing the intracranial infection for patients with severe traumatic brain injury is sighificant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
