摘    要:目的 分析重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染目标性监测的结果,了解医院感染特点.方法 监测2010年1-12月医院ICU患者医院感染发生率、3种侵入性操作使用率及相关性感染发生率、常见医院感染病原菌特点.结果 1084例患者医院感染率为4.2%,例次感染率为6.8%,日感染率为12.7‰,调整后日感染率为17.9‰、呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率22.1‰,共检出医院感染病原菌91株,主要为金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等,其耐药现象严重.结论 ICU目标性监测能及时获得医院感染信息,采取有效措施,降低医院感染发生率.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the result of the targeted monitoring of nosocomial infections in ICU so as to understand the characteristics of nosocomial infections.METHODS The targeted monitoring of the incidence of nosocomial infections,3 kinds of invasive operations,the incidence of related infections,and the characteristics of common pathogens was performed from Jan to Dec 2010.RESULTS Among 1084 patients,the infection rate was 4.2%,the case-time infection rate was 6.8%,the daily infection rate was 12.7‰,the daily infection rate after the adjustment with ASIS method was 17.9‰,the infection rate of the ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) was 22.1‰;a total of 91 strains of pathogens were isolated,mainly including Staphylococcus aureus,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeroginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae and so on.The drug resistance was serious.CONCLUSION Targeted monitoring in ICU can help to acquire the information of nosocomial infections in a timely manner,therefore,the effective intervention measures can be taken to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
