妇幼保健院医院感染现患率调查分析

目的 了解医院感染现患率及危险因素,发现医院感染管理中存在的问题,有效开展目标性监测,为制定预防控制措施提供依据.方法 以专职人员为主,由经验丰富的临床医师和监控护士配合,采用床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合的方法,填写统一的个案调查表,将所有调查结果进行统计、分析.结果 调查住院患者267例,医院感染现患率为5.24％；感染部位主要为上呼吸道、术后刀口,分别占57.15％、21.43％,下呼吸道、胃肠道、皮肤软组织均占7.14％；抗菌药物使用率为86.52％,以一联、二联用药为主,分别占59.74％、38.96％;治疗性使用抗菌药物标本送检率为10.18％.结论 加强对重点科室和重点环节的监控；提高细菌培养送检率；正确合理使用抗菌药物；降低医院感染率.

Investigation and analysis of prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in women and children healthcare hospital

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections and the correlated risk factors in our hospital,find out the problems in management of nosocomial infections,effectively develop the surveillance and provide reliable data for protective measures. METHODS Cooperating with experienced doctors and nurses,professionals performed bedside inquiry and reviewed inpatient medical records,filled out unified case investigation charts and statistically analyzed the investigation results. RESULTS A total of 267 inpatients were surveyed.The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 5.24%;the main infected sites were the upper respiratory tract(57.15%),surgical site(21.43%),lower respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract and skin and soft tissues(each 7.14%);the antibiotic use rate was 86.52%,mainly as single-drug administration and two-drug combination,accounting for 59.74% and 38.96% respectively.Inspection rate for therapeutic application of antibiotics was 10.18%. CONCLUSION Strengthening the surveillance of major departments and the key sections,promoting the inspection rate of bacterial culture,rationally using anti-germ medicine and reducing nosocomial infection rate are the important measures.
