普外科切口感染的影响因素及护理对策

目的 探讨普外科切口感染因素及护理对策.方法 将60例普外科切口感染患者设为观察组,按照1∶1比例选择同科室、同住院期间无切口感染普外科60例患者作为对照组,对可能影响切口感染的因素资料进行单因素分析与logistic回归分析.结果 单因素分析10个变量是切口感染相关因素(P＜0.05),以切口感染为应变量,其他统计量作为自变量赋值后进行logistic分析筛选出5个主要危险因素:手术时间长、体重指数高、备皮至手术时间长、Ⅱ类手术、多人病房;其OR值分别为3.62、3.12、2.98、2.54、2.48.结论 普外科切口感染因素复杂,通过控制手术时间保持手术室空气净化度、缩短备皮至手术时间、加强Ⅱ类手术管理,实施健康教育,以减少切口感染的发生.

Risk factors for general surgical incision infections and nursing countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for incision infections in general surgery and nursing countermeasures.METHODS A total of 60 patients with general surgical incision infections were assigned to the observation group.According to 1∶1 ratio,60 patients with no incision infection admitted to the same general surgery department in the same period were selected as control group.Single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis were performed for factors that might influence incision infections.RESULTS Single factor analysis indicated 10 variables were correlated with incision infections(P<0.05).With incision infection serving as dependent variable and other statistics as independent variables,after assigning values,logistic analysis was performed which screened out five main risk factors: long operation duration,high BMI,long time from shaving to operation,class Ⅱ operation and multiple-person ward;the OR values were 3.62,3.12,2.98,2.54 and 2.48 respectively.CONCLUSION In general surgery,incision infection factors are complex.By controlling the operation time,keeping air clean in operating room,shortening the time from shaving to operation,strengthen management of class Ⅱ operation and conducting health education,incision infections can be reduced.
