负压封闭引流技术在骨科感染创面的应用

目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在骨科复杂感染创面应用过程中的护理要点.方法 对在医院骨科住院的48例复杂感染创面的病例,予以VSD技术辅助软组织缺损修复与重建,在围手术期予以综合护理.结果 48例采用VSD负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者“人工皮”全部成活,其中17例持续负压引流约7d,创面植皮愈合,12例在持续负压引流7～10 d后更换VSD材料,经植皮或二期缝合后愈合,该组病例无护理并发症.结论 VSD 是外科引流技术的革新,能有效促进创面愈合,护理重点是观察负压封闭引流情况,保持引流管通畅和加强营养.

Application of vacuum sealing drainage technique in orthopedic wound infections

OBJECTIVE To investigate the nursing points of the vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) application in orthopedic complex wound infections.METHODS A total of 48 orthopedic inpatients with complex wound infections were given adjuvant therapy with VSD technique to help the soft tissue defects to repair,and comprehensive care was given during the perioperative period.RESULTS All the artificial skin of the 48 patients who underwent VSD survived,among which 17 cases underwent continuous VSD for 7 days and with skin graft healed;12 cases replaced VSD material after continuous VSD for 7-10 days and healed after skin grafts or secondary suture,without any nursing complications.CONCLUSION As an innovation of surgical drainage technique,VSD can effectively improve the wound healing.The key points for the nursing are to observe the status of VSD,maintain the smooth flow of drainage tube,and enhance the nutrition.
