输血科医院感染管理现状及预防控制

目的 制定切实有效的管理措施预防与控制输血科医院感染.方法 调查医院输血科存在的医院感染隐患,制定切实可行的管理措施.结果 输血科在医院感染管理方面存在不足之处:管理制度不够完善、工作人员医院感染意识滞后、工作区域布局不够科学、污染分区不够规范、洗手依从性不达标、医疗废弃物管理的力度不足等.结论 为了确保输血安全,杜绝医院感染,输血科务必建立和执行医院感染管理制度,进行规范化管理.

Administration status and precaution of nosocomial infections in department of blood transfusion

OBJECTIVE To institute the effective measurement to prevent and control nosocomial infections in department of blood transfusion. METHODS The hidden danger of nosocomial infections in department of blood transfusion in our hospital was investigated to formulate the practicable strategy. RESULTS Several administration shortages,such as imperfect management system,hysteretic personnels’ consciousness of nosocomial infections,unscientific laboratory layout,nonstandard zoning of pollution,substandard compliance of washing hands,inadequate management of medical garbage disposal,and so on,were existing in department of blood transfusion. CONCLUSIONS The department of blood transfusion should establish and execute the normalized management system of nosocomial infections to assure blood transfusion safety and cut off nosocomial infections.
