剖宫产切口感染危险因素临床观察

目的 探讨引起剖宫产术切口感染相关因素及预防措施.方法 选择剖宫产术后发生切口感染60例产妇作为观察对象,按照1∶1比例随机选择同期无切口感染的剖宫产产妇作为对照病例,比较两组患者可能影响切口感染变量上的差异.结果 单因素分析10个变量是剖宫产切口感染相关因素(P＜0.05),与切口长度、剖宫产原因无关;logistic分析确立影响切口感染的独立因素:体质量指数异常、术前未预防应用抗菌药物、手术时间长、阴道试产时间长、阴道检查次数多;其OR值分别为3.34、3.02、2.75、2.56、2.24.结论 剖宫产切口感染发生与多种因素有关,应实施相应措施减少或避免切口感染的发生.

Clinical observation of risk factors for incision infections due to cesarean section

OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for incision infections caused by cesarean section and the preventive measures.METHODS A total of 60 maternal mothers with incision infections after cesarean section were selected as study objects.According to a 1∶1 ratio,the maternal mothers without incision infection after cesarean section were randomly assigned to control group during the same period,the variables that may influence incision infection were compared.RESULTS Univariate analysis showed that 10 variables were the related factors for incision infection after cesarean section(P<0.05),and that incision infection was irrelevant to the length of incision and cesarean section.Logistic analysis indicated that the independent factors that influenced the incision infections were abnormal body mass index,no prophylactic antibiotics application before operation,long operation time,long vaginal trial-production time,and frequent vaginal examinations;the OR values were 3.34,3.02,2.75,2.56,and 2.24,respectively.CONCLUSION The incision infection after cesarean section is related to multiple factors,corresponding measures should be adopted to reduce or avoid incision infections.
