摘    要:
目的 探讨肿瘤患者医院感染革兰阴性杆菌的分布和耐药性,为临床医师合理用药提供实验室依据.方法 细菌鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;药敏试验采用K-B法进行.结果 从肿瘤合并感染患者标本中分离出287株革兰阴性杆菌,病原菌主要是肺炎克雷伯菌(30.3%)、铜绿假单胞菌(19.9%)、大肠埃希菌(17.8%)、鲍氏不动杆菌(15.6%)等;其中,泛耐药菌株检出率为14.7%.结论 肿瘤患者医院感染革兰阴性杆菌耐药性已十分严重,应采取综合性控制措施,预防与控制医院感染.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the pathogenic distribution and antimicrobial resistance of gram-negative bacilli(GNB) causing nosocomial infections in patients with tumor so as to provide evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS Bacterial identification was performed according to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures.Susceptibility testing was performed by K-B methods.RESULTS Totally 287 GNB isolated from infective specimen mainly included Klebsiella pneumoniae(30.3%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(19.9%),Escherichia coli(17.8%),Acinetobacter baumannii(15.6%).Detection rate of pan-resistant strains was 14.7%.CONCLUSION Drug-resistance status of nosocomial infections caused by GNB is very serious in patients with tumor.Comprehensive intervention strategy should be adopted to prevent and control it.
