激光照射太冲穴对家兔高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的影响

以激光穴位照射探索对家兔实验性高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的作用。结果表明,激光照射太冲穴,可使兔血清总胆固醇降低,高密度脂蛋白增加。在不断饲喂大量胆固醇条件下,不能完全阻止兔产生高脂血症。但激光穴位照射可明显降低兔主动脉壁胆固醇含量,主动脉病变明显减轻,而内膜通透性没有明显变化。文章简要讨论了这些结果的意义,推测激光穴位照射促进胆固醇的组织清除,可能与高密度脂蛋白增加有关。

EFFECTS OF TAlCHUNG POlNT RADlATED BY LASER ON EXPERlMENTAL HYPERLlPlDEMlA AND ATHEROSCLEROSlS OF RABBlTS

In the study of the Taichung Point radiated by laser on experi- mental hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis of rabbits,serum total cholesterol of the experimental group animals decreased and high density lipoprotein increased.Under the conditions of continously feeding a great deal cholesterol,the Taichung point radiated by laser could not prevent the experimental animals developing hyperlipidemia,but it could remarkably decrease cholesteral content of aortic wall and lighten lesions of aortic intimae,However,intimal permeability did not significantly change.It is speculated that the point rediated by laser promotes the clearance of tissure's cholesterol related with the increase of HDL.
