两种小儿股静脉穿刺采血方法的效果观察

目的探讨小儿股静脉穿刺采血的两种不同穿刺方法,从而提高静脉采血成功率。方法将184例患儿随机分成实验组和对照组各92例,实验组采用一次性头皮针斜刺法,对照组采用传统注射器的直刺法,观察两组患儿股静脉采血一次成功率,一次采血量、采血时间、采血后局部有无血肿形成。结果两组患儿采血的一次成功率、一次采血量、采血时间和采血后局部有无血肿形成都有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用一次性头皮针斜刺法在小儿股静脉采血的方法明显优于传统使用注射器直刺法。

The Observation of Two Kinds of Infant Blood Collection Via Femoral Vein

Objective To investigate two kinds of infant blood sampling via femoral vein, so that to raise the success rate ot the venous blood collecuon. Methods Separate randomly 184 cases into two groups： experimental group and control group （each of 92 cases）. The experimental group is taken the blood sample with inclined acupuncture by the disposable scalp needle; the control group is taken the blood sample with straight acupuncture by traditional syringe. Then their conditions are observed, such as： the success rate of the venous blood collection, the volume of blood sampling at one time, the period of blood sampling, with the blood tumor partly or not after blood sampling. Result The conditions above referred are quite different between these two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The blood sampling via femoral vein with inclined acupuncture by the disposable scalp needle is much better than straight acupuncture by traditional syringe.
