内脏-躯体伤害性刺激对外侧缰核痛相关神经元放电的影响

摘    要:本文以刺激内脏大神经中枢端模拟内脏痛刺激,刺激腓神经模拟躯体刺激,用玻璃微电极记录外侧缰核单细胞放电变化作为指标,观察41只大白鼠的91个与内脏痛刺激有关的单位放电(46个内脏痛兴奋单位;45个内脏痛抑制单位)。结果表明:外侧缰核存在着对内脏痛刺激发生兴奋和抑制反应的两类神经元,内脏和躯体伤害性刺激可以同时会聚到同一外侧缰核神经元,提示该核是一个能接受各种痛觉信号的中枢核团之一,在处理痛觉传递中起重要作用。

Abstract:Great splanchnic and peroneal nerves of rats were stimulated to mimic respectively visceral and somatic pain stimuli and the neuronal unit discharges in lateral habenular nucleus were recorded with glass microelectrodes.91 visceral-pain-related units in 41 rats were recorded, among which 46 were pain-excitatory and 45 pain-inhibitory.The results indicate that there are two types of neurons in the lateral habenular nucleus: pain-excitatory and pain-inhibitory, and both visceral and somatic pain information can reach the same neuron.This suggests that habenular nucleus is one of the central nuclei which can receive both visceral and somatic pain impulses and is important in the transmission and modulation of pain.
